E3 Tips and the Fatal1ty by Monster’s E3 MVP Open Tournament

I'm excited that tomorrow I will be in LA for yet another E3 as a writer for Cutegeek, Examiner, and Hi-Tech Chic. This year's show seem to be the most epic so far with amazing press conference for Sony, Xbox, EA, Nintendo, Ubisoft, and many more events plus after parties!

For those that are attending E3 for the first time or still a novice here are some tips I have learned over the past 7 years. I know E3 wants you to download their app but there is a huge flaw with that since reception in the conference center is weak. Though the app has directions and tips I found the below maps which is more of a break down of the convention center and E3 events outside of the convention center.

Here are some tips that I have learned throughout the years to help you have an amazing E3 experience.

  1. If you have a portable charger bring it you do not one to be one of those people on the floor charging your device at the convention center.
  2. Wear comfortable shoes especially if you are going to both halls and outside of the convention center; though all events look close together there is a massive amount of walking.
  3. Bring snacks; sometimes you may not have an opportunity to grab breakfast or lunch.
  4. Two life savers while at any convention are shout wipes and anti-bacterial gel considering you will probably shake allot of people's hands.
  5. Bring extra business cards; it's just plain embarrassing if you run out.

Lastly while at E3 check out the Fatal1ty by Monster's E3 MVP Open Tournament which is open to the public the 14th or 15th. The winner of the tournament gets a brand new BMW M235i! I will definitely check it out while there however I probably won't game since I'm not that great. Below is the full press release of the  Fatal1ty by Monster's E3 MVP Open Tournament including information about the tournament.

Hope to see you all at E3; LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
