Nike Training Club, my favorite get-fit app

Hello my fitgeeks! It's been a while, but I'm back. A little move, a little job had temporarily taken me away. Even though things have been pretty hectic, I still manage to squeeze in some exercise here and there. Which brings me to the Nike Training Club, my new love (app love). ;-) I LOVE THIS THING. It has four choices for exercise sets: Get Lean, Get Toned, Get Strong and Get Focused. Each of these features 3 different difficulty levels for beginner through advanced fitgeeks.

Each sets shows an exercise, a description of the exercise and a video how-to.  Could you want more?? Well when you "play" it shows the exercise and times you from start to finish. You can even select a play list to sync to! <--that's awesssssome

You might think I'm overly excited, well maybe I am. To tell you the truth, I haven't even gone through a whole exercise set. My favorite section is the "Get Focused" section. Each of these work outs are targeted at specific muscles, for example ABS! This one is 15 minutes, but has introduced me to different exercises that I can add to my routine. It's really great to get fresh new ways to work out.

Besides the exercises, some other features are that it tracks your progress and gives you virtual rewards at milestones based on minutes completed. You can also sync your progress with your NikeWomen account and share with your friends via social networks. (C'mon brag a little when you hit the 2750 minutes completed mark!) :)
