You’ve Got Ghosts!

by on November 16th, 2011

With Christmas around the corner, I think it is safe to say that many of us have a “gamer” or two on our list. I always find it so hard to think of which games to purchase for them because, let’s be honest, there are too many games that are very similar.Majesco Entertainment has just released a game that is sure to be one of a kind.

The Hidden, an augmented reality (AR) ghost hunting adventure for the portable Nintendo 3DS™ system,  allows you to investigate real-world environments with the Nintendo 3DS camera in order to search, capture and destroy supernatural entities as a paranormal investigator.

Rated E10+, this game is sure to please Nintendo 3DS fans. Be sure to view the video below to get a better idea of how the camera creates the background for the levels!

Zumba, Pitbull, Shaaake!

by on August 11th, 2011

Zumba Fitness 2 is coming in November for Wii and this sequel is sure to please!

Featuring “Pause” from Pitbull, an exclusive remix of “Poison” by Nicole Scherzinger, “We No Speak Americano”by Yolanda Be Cool & DCup, as well as many other popular dance tracks, this will mark the first time that commercial artist tracks will appear on a Zumba Fitness game. Players get up and moving with Zumba creator Beto and international celebrity instructors Tanya Beardsley and Gina Grant through 20 different international dance styles.

Another feature that will set Zumba Fitness 2 apart is that players are given the ability to customize their own class with their favorite routines, follow their improvement through an all new Progress tracker and track calories burned. Whether playing in Single Song, Full Class or Zumba Party modes that support up to 4 dancers, players are sure forget they’re even exercising.

Some of you jealous you don’t have Wii? Majesco Entertainment has announced that Zumba Fitness 2 will be released on another platform early 2012!

Spy Kids: All the Time in the World

by on August 10th, 2011

Majesco Entertainment Company, in association with TWC Games, has released Spy Kids: All the Time in the World. Available on Nintendo DS, the game is based upon the major motion picture Spy Kids: All the Time in the World in 4D starring Jessica Alba, Jeremy Piven, and Joel McHale being released in theaters nationwide on August 19th.

Spy Kids everywhere are called to action in this adventurous game. Using high tech gadgets and gear, the spies need to stop The Timekeeper from taking over the planet. There are eight levels to master in which you are able to play as either Rebecca or Cecil, master state-of-the-art gadgets to fend of enemies and find hidden goodies, and earn special attacks, such as Double Speed Attack, Attack Power-Up, Mega Super Power Boom, Blue Cheese Bomb, and more…

I would recommend this game for any Spy Kid with some end of the summer/beginning of school blues!!

Swim with Mighty Fin on the iPhone

by on June 30th, 2011

Mighty Fin could be the next must have game on your iOS device. You only need one finger, a quick eye and a few minutes to play. Maya and I really enjoy this game and find it as addictive as Angry Birds.

Mighty Fin is a fashionable fish who is zooming along the sea floor through obstacles and predators consuming bubbles as he goes. The touch of a finger causes him to dive and letting go will cause him to surface and jump as he continues along his trajectory avoiding boats, crabs, icebergs and being eaten by seagulls. Collecting bubbles increase your score while collecting the costume accessories like bunny ears, dreadlocks and baseball caps hidden throughout add to Mighty Fins wardrobes.

We want to get you swimming with Mighty Fin so read on mate to find out how… Continue Reading…

Review: The “T-Fitness Pro Pack” for the Nintendo Wii Fit

by on May 7th, 2009

I am a Wii-a-holic as my brother, Michael, from HardwareGeeks.com calls me. I use my Wii daily, specifically the Wii Fit, which along with a healthy diet, has helped me lose 23 pounds in the last six months. I’ve been doing it for so long that now I feel like it’s too easy. Luckily for me, my brother recently gave me the T-Fitness Pro Pack .

It’s an interesting product. It has everything I needed for my Wii Board and more. My favorite accessory was the rechargeable battery for the Wii board. The current trend is ‘going green’ and saving money, exactly what the rechargeable battery will allow me to accomplish. This was the first and best part of the package.
