I just got this press release in my inbox and this looks like it will be an awesome show! Rock ‘n Roll Wine Amplified Weekend Celebrates a Decade of Great Wine and Entertainment October 9 – 10 at the Las Vegas Village with Panic! at the Disco, Passion Pit, Sublime with Rome and 50 Cent Feat. G-Unit. It is too bad I won’t be there since I have a secret crush on 50 Cent and Llyod Banks, but alas I’ve used my travel budget for the year and hitchhiking is illegal so hurricane Nina won’t be making an appearance.
For those who didn’t burn through their travel budget like a tazmanian devil here is the press release and also information on the tickets. If any of my cutegeekers or hi-tech chic ladies attend please send me some pics either @nrpena or @hitechchic so I can vicariously live through you all!

“We continue striving to make this annual weekend the premier wine and music festival in the country,” said Chris Hammond, Rock ‘n Roll Wine co-founder. “It’s the ultimate event for wine and music enthusiasts alike and due to its success we’re continuing to expand to create an even bigger and better experience for our fans.”
Local Las Vegas rock band Panic! At the Disco and indie band Passion Pit are set to headline the festival Friday, Oct. 9. Panic! Passion Pit released its debut album Manners in 2009. A follow-up album entitled Gossamer was released in 2012, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and gave the band its first Top 10 album. Kindred, the band’s third album, was released this past April and was preceded by lead singles “Lifted Up (1985),” “Where the Sky Hangs” and “Until We Can’t (Let’s Go).” Also scheduled to perform Friday evening are Cold War Kids, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness and The Sheepdogs.
Sublime with Rome is a collaboration between Eric Wilson of the legendary band Sublime and gifted songwriter and musician Rome Ramirez. The band is set to co-headline Saturday, Oct. 10 with songs such as “Panic,” “Take It Or Leave,” “You Better Listen,” “Lover’s Rock” and “Murdera.” GRAMMY Award-winning rapper and actor 50 Cent will be joined by G-Unit when they precede Sublime with Rome.
