I went to a verizon store...and they swapped it out no if, ands, or buts. So I guess...for now...Ill stick with verizon (plus Im under contract for another year...lol).

i'm all late with the response, but here are my thoughts. ive had sprint since i was 16, had tmobile during my sidekick days and also had a line with cingular.

ive never had verizon and its mainly due to their taxes. they have good service, but they charge a lot and i think they charge you to think. cingular's customer service was great and tmobile sucked. i hated tmobile with a passion.

the reason ive stuck with sprint is not because of their superb service because i wont lie - they are one of the few 'people' that know how to really get the fire coming out of my ears. ive wasted a lot of time on the phone and in sprint stores, but sooooo many of my friends and family have them that its almost easier for me to stay than to go - similiar to a shitty relationship or marriage.

also, since sprint is struggling maintaining their current customer base due to the competition with the iphone and their subpar customer service, i find that its sometimes easier to get what you want. by that i mean, you can call and let them know what the issue is and sometimes they compensate you (actually quite often) for the inconvenience they may have caused you, either in the form of extra minutes or monetary credit.

when you compare plans, i think they have pretty competitive plans.

in the end, my consensus is that the iphone has some good features and obviously good service, if you look at how many people have made the switch to at&t.

what i would suggest is that you wait, because the iphone will be available to other carriers by the end of the year (if im not mistaken).

ill most likely always remain a sprint customer though, unless i make my mom switch w/ me, since she calls me 13984739874 times a day.

hope that helped :) and i apologize for the delayed response

I would say the iPhone being a Spritn customer who just switched to at&t today, Sprint is a lot worst (CS and Service wise).

But as phones go I would say the iPhone.

I want a personal opinion...I have a Blackberry...but...in your opinion...which is the best (not considering the actual phone service...because I hate ATT/Cingular)...Blackberry, Palm, or I-phone?
